Community Investment Manager 

The Town of Smithfield seeks a Community Investment Manager to advance economic and community development through grants, partnerships, and project implementation. Responsibilities include grant writing and administration, business outreach, support for the Economic Development Commission, and coordination of community programs. The position also works with the Director to oversee Town grants, scholarships, and loan programs. Requires a related bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, and demonstrated success preparing grant applications.
