RFPs/RFQs

RFPs/RFQs should be submitted in Word format (and not as a PDF), with no tables or graphics. Please also include a link to the posting. Postings run for twenty-one days or until the application deadline, whichever occurs first. All RFPs/RFQs are posted here and in our weekly e-newsletter, which is sent to our 150+ members.

Regional Plan of Conservation and Development - Connecticut Metropolitan Council of Governments (MetroCOG)
MetroCOG is responsible for drafting, maintaining, and updating the Regional Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). The Regional POCD makes recommendations for “land use, housing, principal highways and freeways, bridges, airports, parks, playgrounds, recreational areas, schools, public institutions, public utilities, agriculture and such other matters as will be beneficial to the area.” (Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 127 § 8-35a).
