Comprehensive Plan RFQ&E- New Shoreham, RI
The Town of New Shoreham, Rhode Island, is seeking proposals to update its Comprehensive Plan. The Town intends to contract with a qualified consultant to assist the New Shoreham Planning Board and the Town in updating the 2016 plan. The Plan will include and be based on input work of the New Shoreham Planning Board, with review and input by all town departments, various boards and commissions, civic and environmental organizations, and the community at large, as well as review and approval by Rhode Island Statewide Planning and adoption by the New Shoreham Town Council. The Plan will set forth a vision for what the community aspires to be in 20 or more years and lays out a framework to achieve that vision.

RFP: Six Corners Supplemental Action Plan- East Providence, RI
The City of East Providence is seeking a qualified transportation engineering firm with expertise in the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safe Systems approach to develop a Supplemental Action Plan of the “Six Corners” intersection through the U.S. DOT’s "Safe Streets for All" grant program.

The Six Corners intersection is where Taunton Ave., Waterman Ave. and Broadway converge; the study area will also consist of the surrounding street network that leads into this intersection. The project will focus on enhancing safety for pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and public transit users in this area.
